As announced yesterday, the shop has now been restocked. Black Nanos will follow at the end of the week, black Q30s will take another 2-3 weeks.
And the predrilled arms are available now as well. As of this, i won't include the drilling templates in the sets any more. A plan for creating them manually will be included though.
Best wishes,
Nic

News batch of frames supposed to arrive on Wednesday
Hi there,
on Wednesday (as long as the delivery service doesn't completely forget about me) i'll be restocking all frames and parts except the black Q30's. The supplier of black glass-fibre-plates has a shortage, it should take another 3 weeks until i can restock these.
From Wednesday on i'll also be offering completely ready predrilled aluminum rods for purchase instead of the ones that were only cut to the right length. I'll post pictures then as well.
Take care and best wishes,
Nic

GoPro-Housing available + Polyamid-Screw-Set for the Q-nano
Hi there,
the GoPro-Housing is now available (again) in the shop. It fits the Quadrixette 30 just perfectly, but it can be used with other frames as well of course.
"Snap-In"-Mechanism for a complete protection and a stable mounting:
We are especially proud of this, thats why the housing has been named after it: Due to a front-plate with a "snap"-mechanism, the box is completely sealed. There is no open side, which means the GoPro is completely safe inside and can't fall out. Also you do not need any rubber or zip-tie to close it.
Due to this the housing is extremely resistant, i actually could stand on it (80kg) without a problem.
Optional lens protection:
The housing comes with everything you need to install one of the widely available replacement lenses (for the skeleton-housing). It does not need to be glued in, but instead is being hold perfectly tight by 3 nylon screws. This way the lens can be used in different front-plates and/or housings.
Variable mounting options:
By using the 3 countersunk screws and the buttefly nuts included in the Quadrixette 30-frames, the housing can be mounted very flexible
Perfectly made for the Quadrixette 30-frame:
"Snap" can be easily installed/uninstalled on the Quadrixette 30. This way you can quickly change between different cameras if needed.
The special thing: The GoPro can be mounted, so that the lens indeed is really in the middle of the frame, not "a bit" tending to one side (which looks stupid on video).
Modular approach:
The front-plate with the "snap"-mechanism allows the usage of different front-plates for different use-cases. The front-plate included in the standard housing is made for installing just the GoPro and nothing else. By using the "duo"-adapter, also available in the shop, you can mount a CCD-cam in addition to the GoPro without an issue.
Also i've added a Polyamid screw-set for the nano, as some prefer the lighter build (but loose a little bit of stability).

KK-Board-45°-adapter available!
Hi there,
as requested i just added a new product to the shop: an adapter-board which allows mounting all boards that require a "45°-twisted" mount (KK-Board, Hobbyking-Board).
It is supposed to be used with the Quadrixette, but will work with most other frames as well.
Cheers,
Nic

Price increase OpenPilot adapter board
Hi there,
i just had to increase the price for the OpenPilot adapter board from 2,90€ to 4,90€. It needs 8 screws, 2 nuts and 2 spacers for best mounting. This is quite a bit more than i calculated at the beginning and with the old price it's just not doable any more...
KK-Adapterboard will be in this week (90 degree offset), probably at the same price.
Cheers,
Nic
